1. Agreement to Terms

Program pricing is clearly displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing enrollments.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once you have enrolled in a program and payment has been processed, you will not be entitled to a refund, whether or not you:

12.2 Cap on Damages

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for our services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12.3 Basis of the Bargain

You acknowledge that these limitations of liability are a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and DAETRADEZ LLC.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DAETRADEZ LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:
